this sounds so fucking lame. i’m not trying to hate, i’ve even gone to bikram classes here and there, but this guy sounds like a JACK ASS. furthermore, skin color has NOTHING TO DO WITH SPIRITUALITY and the fact that my coach is doing 30 days of this makes me wonder what kind of “detox” fanatics we can all be, with an emphasis on an entirely skewed, misguided, result.
